Will Abhira Reach Arman Before He Forgets Everything?
Abhira found Myra and Mukti in tears and asked them what had happened. Myra told her Arman had left Udaipur. Abhira went still. Vidya could not understand why he would leave and said she was going to find him. Mukti stopped everyone and said they needed to watch the video first.
In the video Arman looked like a man who had run out of options. The brain tumour was not something he could fight his way through and he knew it. He explained why he was leaving. He did not want Abhira carrying his illness on top of everything else — he wanted her to have a life without that weight. He told her not to cry because he was leaving on his own terms, not being taken. He asked her to relax. He asked her to give Myra and Mukti the love he would have given them. He said to wait six months and if he did not come back, to treat the video as his goodbye. Then he told her he loved her. Kaveri reached out and tried to stop the video. Abhira stopped her hand. Arman said goodbye and said he was shutting his cheese factory for good.
Kaveri, Madhav, and Vidya sat with what they had just heard. The tumour. The leaving. All of it.
Arman was already on the road to Mussoorie. He stopped somewhere, sat down, and ate a sandwich. He did not notice his ring was gone.
Back home Abhira was not broken. She was furious. Every time. He left every single time. She said this time she was going to bring him back and she was not going to let him off easy for this.
Vidya turned on Kaveri. She called her a bad mother, said her arrogance had brought all of this — the suffering of Arman, Abhira, Myra, Mukti, all of it started with Kaveri not trusting her own son and throwing him out while he was quietly dealing with something that could kill him. Kaveri had nothing to say back. She walked out and ended up on the road, not really going anywhere. Manoj found her and told her not to worry, he would bring Arman and Abhira home. Kaveri told him she had committed a sin. She broke down. The Poddars watching at home were quietly falling apart too. Krish regretted every accusation. Aryan regretted how he had treated Arman.
Myra got to work helping Abhira track Arman. Kaveri sat with the weight of having disowned her son while he was carrying a brain tumour alone. Madhav told her to hold herself together because Arman still needed her. Kaveri said Arman had left all of them. Madhav reminded her that Abhira knew where he was.
Abhira told Myra and Mukti to keep tracking. Vidya felt a small relief knowing Abhira’s watch with the tracker was still with Arman. Mukti asked quietly what would happen if Arman stopped recognising them. Vidya told her to think good thoughts.
Then Arman checked into a hotel. The receptionist asked his name. Arman opened his mouth. Nothing came.
Myra and Mukti asked Abhira not to be angry at him. Abhira told them if they took his side she would turn on them too. Myra’s health started slipping — she was not doing well. Vidya sent her and Mukti to the café for water and food. She asked Abhira to breathe. And then Myra called. She had seen Arman. He was at the café.

Arman forgetting his own name at the hotel reception was the moment the episode had been building to and it hit hard because the show did not dramatise it. He just stood there. Nothing came out. That was enough. The video was heartbreaking in a specific way — he was not asking Abhira to move on, he was asking her to live, and he wrapped it in all the practical things because saying the real thing directly was too much for him. Kaveri walking broken on the road after Vidya said what she said was a long time coming. She has been the obstacle for so long that watching her shatter did not feel satisfying — it just felt sad. Abhira being angry instead of devastated is the right response for her character. She has been left before. She is not doing grief this time. She is doing retrieval.
