The episode began with Sudha attempting to confront Aparajita about her decision to reject Rakshit. Before the situation could escalate, Rakshit intervened and stopped his mother.
Rakshit firmly told Sudha that if Aparajita’s love was not written in his destiny, then it was his burden to carry. He made it clear that no one in the family had the right to question Aparajita or make her uncomfortable. He requested everyone to respect her decision and never discuss the matter with her again.
Although Sudha agreed to leave the topic alone, she could not resist teasing her son. Before leaving, she handed him a tiffin box and jokingly warned him not to share the food with Aparajita. She then dragged Ishaan away, leaving Rakshit embarrassed.
Later, Mohit questioned Rakshit’s decision to hire Aparajita. He pointed out that if Rakshit genuinely wanted to move on, keeping Aparajita in front of him every day would only make things harder.
However, Rakshit had a different perspective.
He explained that Aparajita deserved the job because of her talent and hard work. According to him, personal feelings should never interfere with professional opportunities. He called Malti and pretended to be a changed man. Speaking in an emotional tone, Lalit claimed that his anger and ego had destroyed his life. He insisted that he had realized his mistakes and was ready to seek professional help to transform himself into a better person.
Malti listened carefully, but Lalit’s true intentions were revealed after the call ended. Alone, he admitted that he would do whatever it took to bring Aparajita back into his life, suggesting that his apparent repentance might not be entirely genuine.
Back at the office, Aparajita approached Rakshit with excitement and showed him her first saree design. Hoping for encouragement, she asked for his opinion.
However, Rakshit maintained professional boundaries.
He reminded her that the workplace was not a school and that she should approach matters professionally rather than emotionally. His cold response surprised Aparajita and left her confused.
Elsewhere, another debate unfolded at Aparajita’s home. Ramgopal expressed discomfort about hiding the truth from neighbors regarding Aparajita’s marriage. However, Malti argued that society would make Aparajita’s life even more difficult if everyone learned what had happened.

She urged the family to send Aparajita back with her and argued that relationships often face difficulties. According to her, marital problems should be repaired rather than used as reasons to end a relationship.
Avinash strongly opposed her suggestion and promised that he would always stand beside Aparajita. However, Lalit’s mother tried to weaken his argument by pointing out that once he got married, his priorities would change.
Aradhya immediately supported Avinash, creating a united front against Lalit’s mother. Sensing the growing tension, Malti asked the younger family members to leave while the elders continued the discussion.
Lalit’s mother then shifted tactics and focused on Aparajita’s future. She repeatedly questioned how Aparajita could spend her entire life alone and tried to create fear about her independence.
