The episode begins with Manju bringing injured Balbir to the hospital. Seeing Balbir’s condition, Arambhi becomes extremely worried. Soon, Vishwas also arrives and immediately questions Balbir and Manju about how the accident happened.
However, Arambhi suddenly remembers the terrifying threat given by the kidnappers. They had warned her that if she informed anyone about Vihaan’s kidnapping, they would send her son’s fingers and hand as a horrifying “gift.”
Terrified after recalling the warning, Arambhi lies to Vishwas and says it was merely a normal accident. She quickly takes Balbir and Manju away for dressing treatment. Watching everything silently, Avantika gives a secret signal to Vishwas, indicating that their plan is working perfectly.
Shockingly, Arambhi still remains unaware that Vihaan’s kidnapping is actually part of Vishwas and Avantika’s dangerous conspiracy against her.

Elsewhere, Avantika proudly tells Vishwas that she herself disguised her voice as the kidnapper and threatened Arambhi. Because of the fear for Vihaan’s life, Arambhi is now too scared to reveal anything to Vishwas or the family.
Avantika further explains her evil plan. She says she will make sure Arambhi participates in Kunika’s surgery and ultimately fails both as a mother and as a doctor at the same time. Vishwas silently agrees with her cruel intentions and leaves.
Meanwhile, Manju becomes upset with Arambhi for hiding Vihaan’s kidnapping from Vishwas. But Arambhi emotionally explains that revealing the truth could put Vihaan’s life in greater danger.
