Dr. Aarambhi Update: Aarambhi Confronts Avantika, Stands Firm On Her Character
The episode picks up right where things got uncomfortable. Aarambhi is washing her face when she notices an unfamiliar ring on her finger. She has no idea how it got there. Before she can process it Dhruv walks into the bathroom and both of them freeze.
Outside the room Avantika is already working the crowd. She tells Dimple and Nandita that Dhruv said there was no water in his room and somehow ended up in Aarambhi’s — and she has no idea what is going on. She adds innocently that maybe Aarambhi called him there. Soundarya walks in at that moment and says water is running fine in every room. She has no idea why Dhruv said otherwise. Dimple and Nandita exchange a look and head straight to Aarambhi’s room. Avantika watches them go and thinks to herself — this time her plan is airtight.
Aarambhi questions Dhruv about why he walked into her bathroom. Dhruv asks if this is not Avantika’s room. Aarambhi tells him it is not. She quietly removes the ring from her finger. They step out together and walk straight into the family. Vishwas and everyone else start firing questions. Avantika stands back and enjoys every second of it.
Dimple goes after Aarambhi about the ring — asking why she is wearing Naira’s engagement ring. Vishwas demands to know why Dhruv came to their room. Dhruv stays calm and says Avantika — his girlfriend — sent him there because he had no water in his washroom. He asks her directly to tell everyone the truth. Avantika says she told him to use her bathroom but has no idea how he ended up in Aarambhi’s room instead. Dhruv tries to push further but Soundarya interrupts — Naira’s family has arrived. Dhruv excuses himself from the whole situation and walks away.
Dimple warns Aarambhi not to create problems during the engagement and leaves. The family scatters.
Aarambhi finds Dhruv and asks if he planned any of this. He tells her no — Avantika directed him to what she said was her bathroom. Aarambhi puts it together immediately. Avantika engineered every part of this — the water cut, the misdirection, the ring. All of it was designed to make Aarambhi look guilty.
Later Dhruv updates Kunika on a video call. He tells her the Tandon family is about to get a big shock during Raj and Naira’s engagement and his plan against Dimple is already moving. Kunika asks him not to drag Aarambhi into it. Dhruv agrees.
Avantika keeps working on Nandita and says the whole thing looked suspicious. Nandita shuts her down and says she does not want to talk about it. But the damage is partially done — Nandita goes to Dimple and says they cannot trust Aarambhi with the engagement arrangements. Dimple tells her to handle it herself.
Aarambhi comes looking for Avantika. Vishwas asks her again why Dhruv was in their room. Dimple says Aarambhi has no sense of dignity or relationships. Aarambhi has had enough.
She explains clearly — Dhruv arrived only yesterday and did not know which room belonged to whom. She then turns to Avantika and asks her directly why she did it. Avantika plays innocent. Aarambhi lays it out for everyone — Dhruv had no water, he was looking for a bathroom and Avantika deliberately pointed him toward Aarambhi’s room. Avantika asks why anyone would believe Dhruv over her.
Aarambhi says both of them are guests so deciding who is lying is not simple. But she reminds Avantika that this is her house not a hospital — she does not get to give orders here. She tells her to behave like a guest. Then she says something that lands quietly but firmly. If questions are being raised about her character then she has every right to raise questions too. False allegations against a married woman cannot go unanswered. Her character is her backbone and nobody — not Avantika, not anyone — can bend or break it. She warns Avantika to stop these games and makes it clear that if it happens again she will forget entirely that Avantika is a guest.

Raj and Naira’s engagement is completed. The lights suddenly go out. When they come back on everyone sees a message written across Dimple’s blouse — warning that the secret she has been hiding is about to come out.
Editor’s Take
Aarambhi standing her ground in that room was the best version of this character we have seen in a while. She did not cry, did not beg — she just dismantled Avantika’s game piece by piece in front of everyone. The ring on her finger, the bathroom misdirection, the water cut — Avantika planned all of it carefully and Aarambhi called every part of it out by name. The message on Dimple’s blouse in the precap is Dhruv’s move finally landing and it is going to blow the engagement wide open.
