Dr. Aarambhi 10th June 2026 .
Dimple pulls Avantika along to help pick outfits for Raj and Nayra’s wedding. Avantika goes with her but inside she is convinced this is finally her moment — her plan is about to work. What she does not realize is that Dimple dragging her away has already put a dent in whatever she had in mind.
Aarambhi crosses paths with Dhruv and tells him to reach out if he needs anything. Dhruv grins and says he already has her number. A second later Aarambhi slips on the floor. Dhruv catches her before she goes down. He teases her asking if she did that on purpose to get a good-looking man’s attention. Aarambhi scolds him and then apologizes saying it was a genuine slip. Avantika notices what happened and quietly tells Dimple she heard a noise from Dhruv’s room — steering her away from the real problem on the floor.
Aarambhi bends down and finds oil spilled across the floor. There is no obvious reason for it to be there. She and Dhruv both have a feeling it was not an accident. The rest of the family starts gathering. Harry nearly goes down but Dhruv grabs him in time. Then Soundarya walks in asking about a protein shake and almost slips too. Aarambhi catches her just in time.
Dimple immediately turns on Soundarya and demands to know how this kind of carelessness happened. Aarambhi steps in front of Soundarya and shuts it down. She tells Dimple plainly that Soundarya had cleaned the room properly and this is not on her. She asks everyone in that room to think about what could have happened to Soundarya and her unborn baby. Vishwas walks in and overhears. Aarambhi gets water for Soundarya. Dimple tells Aarambhi to get to the bottom of how oil ended up on the floor. Vishwas quietly tells Aarambhi not to let any of this affect Dhruv. Everyone eventually leaves.
Behind closed doors Vishwas goes after Avantika. He tells her none of her schemes are working and that he clearly overestimated her. He walks out before she can even respond. Avantika is seething. She tells herself she is nothing like the fool they think she is. She spots a medicine nearby and a new thought crosses her mind — Aarambhi will not be so lucky next time.
In another part of the house Soundarya brings salad for Nandita. Avantika joins them and casually drops the information that a designer is coming home but Dimple has no intention of getting a saree for Aarambhi. Nandita says that makes sense given how Aarambhi has behaved — she can wear whatever she already owns while everyone else shops. Nandita leaves to take a call. Soundarya sits with her discomfort. Avantika notices and works on it slowly. She says out loud that it would be nice if someone stood up for Aarambhi — someone who does not care what anyone thinks. Soundarya’s mind goes straight to Dhruv. She gets up and walks out. Avantika watches her go with a satisfied smirk.
In the kitchen Aarambhi is cooking and thinking about all the hospital follow-ups she still has not completed. She wishes she had someone to guide her since Avantika clearly has no interest in teaching her anything. Dhruv appears at the kitchen door and says he can help. Aarambhi asks why he is in the kitchen. He says he came to check if the cooking area is clean and then asks what she was thinking about. She tells him it was about her career. Dhruv reaches for an apple and Aarambhi washes it before handing it to him. Soundarya comes in looking troubled and tells Dhruv that Aarambhi is not getting a new saree despite a wedding happening under the same roof. Dhruv says that is not right. He decides to handle it himself.

Avantika suggests Dhruv should personally pick a saree for Aarambhi. Dhruv fires back and says if that is expected of him then Vishwas should be choosing one for Avantika too. He then tells Vishwas directly to select a saree for Aarambhi — pointedly leaving Avantika out and calling her an outsider to the family.
Editor’s Take
Avantika’s oil plan backfiring was satisfying but what followed was more interesting. Watching her plant the idea in Soundarya’s head and then sit back to watch it unfold shows she is more dangerous when she is being subtle. The medicine she spotted at the end is a clear warning that her next move will be far more serious. Dhruv stepping up for Aarambhi over the saree issue is a small moment but it keeps showing which way his feelings are heading.
