The episode begins with Disha noticing something on Krish’s phone. Krish spots her and is visibly shaken. Before anything can be said Manisha calls Disha away for work. Later Manisha asks Disha if Krish said something to upset her. Disha says she is not upset — she is angry. She tells Manisha that Krish is having an affair. Manisha is stunned. Disha says she is going to expose him in front of everyone. Manisha grabs her and stops her. She warns Disha that Krish is a professional lawyer and will destroy any evidence before she can use it. If Disha makes a move without solid proof she will become the target. Disha says she cannot just watch Tanya fall deeper for someone who is lying to her face. Manisha firmly tells her not to interfere in Tanya and Krish’s matter — not yet.
Meanwhile Vidya finds Madhav looking completely drained. She asks what happened. Madhav says he is just sleepy. Vidya is not convinced — she asks how sleepy a person has to be to barely walk straight.
Arman is on his way to get a bouquet for Abhira when his shoe breaks. He looks up and asks God why He is testing him on what is supposed to be the biggest day of his life.
At the temple Myra and Mukti bring Abhira along. Mukti tells Myra not to stare at Abhira too much or she will cast an evil eye. Abhira laughs and says kids cannot cast evil eyes. Kaveri asks Vidya to remove the evil eye from Abhira just to be safe. Vidya comes running. Kajal asks why she is in such a rush. Kaveri asks if Madhav is back. Vidya removes the evil eye from Abhira but something goes wrong — a bad omen occurs. Kajal immediately points it out. Aryan shuts her down before she can say more. But Abhira notices and quietly worries about what it means for her and Arman.
Arman is driving and drifts into a dream about Abhira. Back in reality Abhira is already waiting for him at the court. Time passes and Arman does not show up. Then comes the news — Arman has collapsed and been taken to Lifesaver Hospital. Abhira cannot believe what she is hearing. She runs to the hospital.
Arman wakes up in the hospital bed. His first thought is that he is getting late for his own wedding. He asks the doctor what happened to him. The doctor calmly asks him to call someone from his family first. Arman pushes back and says he is not a child who needs his hand held. He asks the doctor to just tell him the truth. The doctor hesitates and says he is not sure Arman can handle this alone. Arman tells him if he does not want to share it he can keep it to himself — but the doctor takes a breath and reveals it anyway. Arman has a brain tumour.
Arman sits there in silence. The weight of those words hits him all at once — on the day he was supposed to get married.
Back at the venue the family starts to worry. Manisha is excitedly preparing to welcome Abhira and Arman when Kaveri asks her to calm down. Tanya reveals Arman never reached the court. Vidya asks if he changed his mind. Myra immediately defends him and says Arman loves Abhira deeply. Tanya says neither Abhira nor Arman is reachable right now and the tension in the room grows.
