Will Arman Remember Abhira After The Surgery?
Abhira told Arman she would be right outside the OT waiting for him. Then she said what she had always found ways around saying — that she loved him. Arman said it back. Manoj came and asked about Arman. Abhira pointed toward the OT doors.
Inside, a nurse tried to remove the chain from Arman’s neck before the procedure. Arman would not let it go. Outside, Abhira went to get an oxygen cylinder. She did not come back. Arman felt something was wrong and tried to get up. The nurse gave him an injection before he could.
Myra came back with the cylinder and found Abhira on the floor. The doctor said her BP had dropped dangerously — she had probably not slept properly in days. There was a possibility of something more serious developing.
Myra went straight to God. She asked Him not to take both her parents at the same time. She was not praying quietly — she was arguing. Vidya and Mukti stood with her. Vidya said God had already taken Rohit, Charu and BSP from her and if anything happened to Abhira and Arman she would remove His picture from her house. Mukti prayed carefully, asking God to look past what Myra and Vidya had just said because they were frightened. Myra told God He should listen to Mukti.
The doctor said Abhira’s BP was low enough to risk cardiac arrest. Inside the OT Arman’s condition was also slipping. Pradhan told him to hold on. Then something happened between them — their souls met somewhere in between. Abhira told Arman to come back. For his daughters. For his family. They argued the way they always did. Arman came back.
The doctor came out with news about Abhira’s condition. Arman opened his eyes. He looked at Vidya, Myra and Mukti standing over him and there was nothing on his face. Vidya told the girls not to say anything about Abhira yet. Then Kaveri brought Abhira in. She was on her feet and she was smiling. She told Arman that his 0.1 percent chance had worked. Arman looked at her and recognised her. He told her to go sleep. She told him to move over and give her some space.
Pradhan said Abhira could not stay in the same bed as Arman. Vidya told him to let them be. Myra mentioned the cardiac arrest out loud. Arman asked Abhira about it. She said it was nothing serious and asked him to stop talking and let her sleep.

The Poddars ask Myra and Mukti to stay with them. Myra says they will stay until Arman and Abhira are better and then they are going back. Abhira asks Arman to trust her at every step. Arman is afraid of becoming a weight she has to carry.
Editor’s Take
Myra arguing with God rather than praying to Him was the most honest thing in this episode. She was not being disrespectful — she was just too scared to be polite about it. Mukti quietly asking God to forgive them both while Myra vented was the kind of small sibling dynamic the show does well without making a big moment out of it. Arman going blank when he first opened his eyes and then recognising Abhira was the moment everyone in that hospital was waiting for. And Abhira climbing into his hospital bed and telling him to give her space after a cardiac arrest is exactly who she is — she will not let him treat her like something fragile even when she just was.
