Aparajita Update: Rakshit Sleeps In Car Outside Hospital, Malti Warns Him To Stay Away
Aparajita panics the moment she sees Lalit near her room. Ramgopal steps in immediately and tells Lalit to go outside. Malti pushes back and says let him meet her for a while. Ramgopal holds his ground — his daughter does not want Lalit in her life and he is standing by that decision. Lalit agrees to wait outside without making a scene. Inside his head though he is already calculating — Malti is emotional and that works in his favour. He just needs to be patient.
Rakshit sits with Dubey outside and finally lets it all out. He tells him everything Aparajita said about her marriage. He admits he found out she was married before he confessed his feelings — but he assumed she was happy because Lalit was behaving well around her. Today he realised that was all performance. He says he could never understand why Aparajita used to get panic attacks. Now he knows exactly why. Dubey listens and says real men respect women. He points out that Malti seemed more concerned about Lalit than her own daughter. Rakshit defends her — she reacted like a mother and they cannot judge that. He tells Dubey he will wait in the car since Lalit is still around. Dubey leaves.
Malti sends Avinash home. She spots Lalit asleep on a bench outside. He looks helpless. She feels something shift. That is exactly what he wanted her to feel.
The next morning Malti walks out and finds Rakshit asleep in his car. He spent the entire night there. She wakes him up and asks what he is doing here. Rakshit asks how Aparajita is doing. Malti asks why that is his concern. He says she told him to stay away so he waited outside instead of going in. Malti looks at him for a moment then tells him plainly — if anyone starts questioning his friendship with Aparajita she will face the consequences. She thanks him for saving her daughter’s life. Then she asks him to stay away and walks back inside. Rakshit watches Aparajita leave with her parents and feels a weight lift off his chest.
Back home Sudha notices Rakshit’s injury and gets worried. He tells her he is fine. Mohit says he should have sent someone else. Rakshit says he could not leave Aparajita in danger — that was never an option. He tells his family how she saved the consignment and Shastri’s saree even while the fire was spreading. She risked her life for work that was not even hers to protect. He tells them she stopped breathing and the doctor had to use electric shock to bring her back. Then he goes inside. Sudha stands there and quietly wonders why Aparajita said no to Rakshit. She decides to pray for them.
Rakshit sits alone wondering how to find out if Aparajita is okay. He knows Sudha will say something if she catches him calling. He calls anyway. Malti picks up. She asks why he called. She scolds him for calling her daughter Appu and cuts the line.
Aparajita wakes up and tells her parents she is going to the office. Ramgopal asks her to rest. She says she cannot take leave — she just got this job and she is feeling well enough to go. Malti asks her why she told Rakshit everything about Lalit. She tells her what happened at the hospital — how Rakshit went after Lalit and beat him. Ramgopal cuts in and tells Aparajita she does not owe anyone an explanation. She hugs both of them and heads out. Rashmi meets her outside and drops her to the office.
At the office Aparajita notices everyone looking at her differently. Sympathy in their eyes. She puts it together immediately and scolds Rakshit for sharing her private story with the entire office.
