The episode opens at Neo Pulse Hospital where the staff warmly welcomes Dhruv back. The mood is light until Dhruv spots Aarambhi walking out with a termination letter in her hand and tears in her eyes. He stops her and asks why she is leaving when everyone is right there. Aarambhi tells him she has been fired. Kunika is shocked.
Dhruv takes the letter from Aarambhi and hands it to Kunika. Kunika cannot believe it — she says Aarambhi saved her life and if anyone deserves punishment it is the kidnapper, not Aarambhi. She threatens to call the police. Avantika panics and asks Vishwas to stop Kunika before things spiral. Vishwas asks Dhruv to intervene and calls it a family matter. Dhruv steps in and asks Kunika to hold back but then makes something very clear — Aarambhi is part of the hospital, so this is not just a family matter.
Suneel points out that Vishwas is the co-owner and he was the one who fired Aarambhi. Dhruv calmly replies that Vishwas did not take his opinion and his signature is nowhere on that letter. Vishwas tells him to sign it right now. Dhruv says that will not be necessary — and tears the termination letter in front of everyone. The staff breaks into applause. Dhruv officially welcomes Aarambhi back to Neo Pulse Hospital. He then quietly reminds her not to forget the 2.80 lakhs she owes him for everything that got broken while he was busy saving her. He tells Vishwas that Aarambhi is a capable doctor who treated his dadi and made her feel better. Vishwas says rules cannot be broken. Dhruv says a proper enquiry should happen first before anyone decides to praise or fire someone. Harry nudges Vishwas and agrees with Dhruv. The matter is dropped for now and everyone heads back to work.
Dhruv calls Aarambhi ABC — Arambhi Balbir Chowdary. He tells her he reviewed her results and performance during the panel exam and she earned her place. Aarambhi thanks him. Vishwas asks Aarambhi to come to his cabin for her appointment letter.
Behind closed doors Vishwas drops the act. He tells Aarambhi she humiliated him in front of everyone and questions why Dhruv always shows up for her and calls her special. Aarambhi quietly recalls the moment she witnessed Vishwas and Avantika’s affair. She tells him Bappa sent Dhruv to help her.
Vishwas switches tactics and tells her that her obsession with becoming a doctor is putting their son Vihaan in danger. He says he regrets hiring her and accuses her of no longer being his wife because she stopped supporting him and started competing with him. Aarambhi apologizes. Vishwas thinks she has finally backed down.
But Aarambhi is not done. She asks him what he would do if he ever learned the full truth about the kidnapping. She points out that even after everything that happened he never tried to find the kidnapper or asked Dhruv if he had any enemies who could have targeted his dadi. She tells him to stop gaslighting her and stop making her feel like she is the problem. She says her heart breaks every time but she will not doubt herself because God knows the truth.
The argument gets heated. Aarambhi tells him to put his hand on his heart and ask himself honestly if she ever did anything wrong. She reminds him she risked her own life to save their son and no one can call her a bad mother. She ends it with one sharp line — when he points one finger at her, three fingers point back at him. She tells him he cannot fool her anymore.
