The latest episode of Dr. Aarambhi brought major twists and emotional drama as Dhruv Chawla finally revealed his true identity in front of the hospital staff. While Vishwas tried to insult Dhruv without knowing who he really was, Aarambhi faced a heartbreaking setback after being terminated from the hospital.
The episode begins with Vishwas losing his temper and ordering the security guards to throw Dhruv out of the hospital immediately. However, before the guards can act, Sunil arrives and respectfully greets Dhruv as “Mr. Chawla.” Vishwas gets shocked after realizing that the man he insulted is actually Dhruv Chawla.
Sunil quickly tries to control the situation and tells Dhruv that everything happened because of a misunderstanding. He introduces Vishwas as his son and apologises for the rude behaviour. Dhruv calmly replies that he already knows who Vishwas is. He then shocks everyone by revealing that he is not just a visitor but one of the co-owners of the hospital. Dhruv further introduces himself as the grandson of Kunikaa Chawla, leaving Vishwas embarrassed and speechless.
Dhruv sarcastically mocks Vishwas and questions whether he only behaves politely after learning someone’s surname and status. Sunil attempts to ease the tension by laughing it off as a joke. Avantika notices the growing discomfort and asks everyone to leave the cabin.
After Dhruv leaves, Vishwas angrily tells Avantika that he wants Aarambhi removed from the hospital immediately. He says Aarambhi challenged him openly, and now she must face the consequences. Vishwas assures Avantika that he will personally handle Dhruv Chawla while she should focus on getting Aarambhi fired. Avantika silently agrees to his plan.
Meanwhile, in the cafeteria, Aarambhi lovingly feeds food to Vihaan. Vihaan narrates the earlier incident to Raj, while Aarambhi worries that Vishwas will not remain silent after being humiliated. She fears he will definitely take revenge against her.
Back inside the cabin, Sunil once again apologises to Dhruv for Vishwas’s behaviour. Kunika comments on how many times Sunil plans to apologise. Sunil tries to defend Vishwas by saying that he normally does not behave in such a rude manner. Dhruv, however, notices the tension around Aarambhi and remarks that she must be someone very important if Vishwas reacts so aggressively toward her.
Harry explains that Vishwas has been under tremendous stress because of Vihaan’s kidnapping and Kunika’s disappearance. Nandita agrees and says the entire family is mentally disturbed. Dhruv then asks an important question about whether the police were informed regarding the kidnapping. Vishwas enters at that moment and admits they avoided filing a complaint because they did not want the hospital’s reputation to be damaged.
Dhruv strongly disapproves of the decision. Vishwas apologises again for insulting him earlier and says he did not know his identity. However, Dhruv bluntly rebukes him. Sunil then requests Dhruv to inspect the hospital and suggest changes if required. Dhruv confidently announces that he will personally meet every employee to understand the hospital’s strengths and weaknesses. He also makes it clear that everyone should know he is now one of the owners of the hospital.
Outside the cabin, Dimple tells Nandita that Dhruv is extremely arrogant because he forced everyone to agree with him so easily. At the same time, Vihaan excitedly tells Raj how Dhruv had earlier saved Aarambhi.
Soon, a nurse arrives and informs Aarambhi that Avantika is calling her. Aarambhi goes to meet Avantika without realising that her life is about to change completely.
In a heartbreaking moment, Avantika informs Aarambhi that she is being expelled from practising medicine at the hospital. Avantika says Aarambhi openly challenged Vishwas, and this termination is the answer to that challenge. She accuses Aarambhi of hiding Kunika inside the hospital, calling it unethical behaviour and a violation of hospital rules.
Aarambhi tries to defend herself emotionally and explains that she only acted to save both Vihaan and Kunika ji. However, Avantika coldly replies that the hospital management has already made the final decision, and she is merely implementing it. She orders Aarambhi not to return to the hospital from the next day onward.
Devastated and helpless, Aarambhi walks away with tears in her eyes. Meanwhile, all the hospital employees gather in the lobby where Sunil officially introduces Dhruv as the co-owner of the hospital. Some nurses whisper that Dhruv is the same mysterious “DC” who had earlier created chaos. Dhruv overhears them and confidently says he is ready to answer all their questions.
At the same time, Avantika secretly signals Vishwas that Aarambhi’s termination work has been completed successfully.
The episode ends on an emotional note as Aarambhi breaks down after seeing her termination letter. Unable to control her pain, she calls her mother and says she is coming home. Aarambhi emotionally requests her mother not to lecture her today about becoming a good wife or daughter-in-law. She says that right now she only needs her mother’s love, support, and comfort because she is returning home in tears.
