Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Update: Myra Breaks Ties With Poddars, Mukti And Myra Discover Arman’s Tumor
Abhira is walking with the group of ladies when one of them tells her she should head home since it is nearby. Abhira hesitates — she is not sure she is ready to face Arman after everything. The lady encourages her gently and says the Goddess wanted them to cross paths tonight because she wanted to bless Abhira. That simple warmth settles something in Abhira. She gets back and immediately asks Nilesh about Arman. Nilesh and Peter exchange a look. Abhira’s worry spikes instantly.
At the Poddar house Myra is not done. Kaveri says if Arman had simply apologised to Disha none of this would have happened. Myra looks at her and gives her a reality check — Arman will not apologise for something he did not do and the fact that Kaveri cannot see that is the real problem. She tells Kaveri she broke the house by choosing not to support the truth. Kajal says Myra cannot speak to Kaveri this way. Myra says the Poddars have no right to disrespect her parents either.
She defends Arman without flinching. She tells Kaveri that Arman could never raise his hand against a girl — not even if God himself came and said he did. She asks Kaveri whether she doubts her own upbringing. How could she believe something like that about the son she raised. Kaveri asks about Disha’s evidence. Abhira is searching everywhere for Arman when Myra and Mukti return. They apologise for going to the Poddar house. Abhira tells them she kept the truth from them to protect their relationship with the Poddars — she did not want misunderstandings to grow. The girls feel the weight of what Arman and Abhira are carrying. They ask where Arman is. Abhira says he stepped out.
Then Arman walks back in. Abhira scolds him for leaving without telling her. Arman tells her he was on his way to the Poddar house to apologise to Disha — but then he found her on the road and turned back. Abhira stares at him. He was going to apologise for something he did not do just to make things easier for her.
Myra and Mukti quietly slip away. They have spotted something — Arman’s medicine. They hide from Abhira and Arman and piece things together on their own. The truth about Arman’s brain tumor lands on them like a wall falling. They stand there in shock saying nothing.
Arman tells Abhira that being with her is the only thing that helps him heal. He promises to follow her instructions from now on.
Meanwhile Disha finally tells Tanya the truth about Krish’s affair. Tanya is stunned. Disha sits with the realisation that she does not have the courage to face Arman and Abhira after what she has done to them.
