The episode begins with Avantika witnessing a heated argument between Vishwas and Arambhi on the road. Avantika questions Arambhi about talking rudely to her husband in front of their son. Arambhi immediately reminds Avantika that she may be her supervisor at the hospital, but she has no right to interfere in their personal life outside work.
Avantika warns Arambhi that she still has to report to her at the hospital the next day. However, Arambhi fearlessly replies that she has not forgotten how her son faced a medical emergency because Avantika and Vishwas failed to take care of him properly.
Arambhi reveals that a third person informed her about Vihaan’s accident, forcing her to rush there immediately. Vihaan emotionally says that he only remembered his mother’s phone number. Vishwas tries to calm the situation and asks Arambhi not to create a scene publicly.
Soon, the inspector arrives and indirectly blames Vishwas for being careless. He advises Arambhi to safely take Vihaan home.
Even then, Avantika threatens Arambhi, saying she must return to the hospital because her shift is incomplete, otherwise she will file a complaint against her. Arambhi boldly replies that she can go ahead because she too will complain to HR about how Avantika and Vishwas took the children out but failed to protect her son.
Before leaving, Arambhi asks Vihaan to thank both the inspector and the woman who saved him. Meanwhile, Vishwas receives a call from Dimple asking him to return home quickly.
On the other side, Raj is seen practicing how to offer a lift to Manmeet while sitting alone in his car. Manmeet hires an auto instead. Raj tries to stop her, but she politely thanks him and says that they belong to completely different worlds and should not get too involved with each other.
Although disappointed, Raj still tells Manmeet that she can come with him next time. Manmeet smiles slightly and replies, “Let’s try next time,” before leaving.
Meanwhile, Arambhi and Vihaan return home while listening to songs on the FM radio. The radio anchor praises women and dedicates a special song to hardworking women, creating an emotional moment between mother and son.
At the Tandon house, a major surprise is being planned. Harry asks where Raj and the bride’s family are. Dimple reveals that Raj does not know anything about the roka ceremony because she wanted it to be a surprise.
Soon, Naira and her family arrive at the house. Raj enters with Arambhi and Vihaan, only to get completely shocked when Dimple happily announces that his roka with Naira has been arranged.
Arambhi immediately becomes suspicious of Naira, while Raj stands speechless. Dimple proudly says that she selected Naira after checking many profiles and that the day is an auspicious muhurat for the ceremony.
She also reveals that the Malhotra family’s pharmaceutical company will collaborate with their hospital, making the alliance even more important.
Raj tries to speak privately with Dimple, but she refuses. Arambhi takes Raj away to calm him down and help him get ready.
Inside the room, Raj expresses his frustration and asks how his mother could make such a huge decision without even asking for his opinion. He clearly says that he does not want the roka to happen.
Arambhi advises Raj to remain calm and respectfully explain his feelings instead of reacting emotionally.
Soon, Dimple, Vishwas, and Avantika enter the room. Dimple accuses Arambhi of provoking Raj against her.
Raj finally confronts his mother and says that it is his life, so his opinion should matter. However, Dimple gives a shocking reply, saying that she never asked Vishwas for his opinion and she will not ask Raj for his opinion either.
