Dr. Aarambhi Update: Dhruv’s Plan Begins, Message On Dimple’s Blouse Shocks Everyone
Raj and Naira’s engagement wraps up on a happy note. The rings are exchanged and everyone claps. Dhruv stands quietly in the background thinking — it is time. He cuts the power. The hall goes dark. When the lights return every eye in the room lands on Dimple’s blouse. A message is written across it. Nandita reads it out loud — you have hidden a lot and now your secret is about to come out in front of everyone. She takes a photo and shows it to Dimple. Dimple stares at it completely thrown.
Vishwas sends workers to check the fuse. Dhruv reappears and says it was a fuse problem — now fixed. Power is restored. But the damage is already done.
Malhotra and his wife turn to Dimple and start asking uncomfortable questions. Was the Tandon family involved in some scandal? What secret is being referred to? Vishwas tries to brush it off as a prank. Malhotra pushes further. The atmosphere in the room is shifting fast. Aarambhi reads the situation and steps in. She asks everyone how they enjoyed the surprise element of the evening and smoothly redirects — she announces that since Naira is a talented dancer and Raj is equally skilled there should be a dance face-off between them right now. The room responds warmly and everyone claps. Raj and Naira agree. The crisis is diffused.
Nandita quietly tells Dimple she is glad Aarambhi handled that. Aarambhi goes to Dimple and tells her to relax — everything is under control. Dimple thanks her and steps away. Avantika watches and immediately decides Aarambhi is trying to get into Dimple’s good books. The rest of the family wonders what this so-called secret could actually be. Dhruv thinks to himself — that tension on Dimple’s face is not going anywhere.
In her room Dimple scrubs at the blouse with water trying to remove the message. Vishwas asks her to calm down and then asks why she is so rattled — almost as if the secret mentioned is real. Dimple says nothing. Nandita arrives and says Aarambhi saved the evening. Avantika seizes the moment and suggests Aarambhi herself could be behind the whole thing — she does not want Raj marrying Naira so she may have orchestrated this. Nandita says it is possible but cannot figure out how Aarambhi could have written on the blouse. Avantika says Aarambhi came back from night duty in the middle of the night — she could have done it then. Dimple listens but thinks to herself that it cannot be Aarambhi because Aarambhi does not know anything about her past. So who is really behind this?
Dhruv calls Kunika and tells her phase one is complete. He will deliver a bigger lesson to Dimple in the coming days. Kunika immediately asks him not to hurt Aarambhi in the process. Dhruv tells her Aarambhi actually protected the family tonight. Kunika says Aarambhi does not know Dimple’s dark side and asks Dhruv to make sure she never gets caught in the crossfire.
Vishwas tells Dimple he will make Aarambhi pay. Dimple stops him and says find the truth first before taking any action. She knows Aarambhi is innocent but cannot say that out loud. After sending everyone away she messages Suneel and tells him what happened. She says the secret being referenced is connected to the past. Suneel tells her to find who is behind it immediately — if this comes out everything will fall apart. Dimple closes the door and starts thinking.

Aarambhi saving the engagement night without even knowing she was cleaning up Dhruv’s mess was the most interesting layer of this episode. She protected the very family that keeps undermining her. Dimple knowing Aarambhi is innocent but staying silent to protect her own secret puts her in a complicated position — she cannot go after Aarambhi without exposing herself.
